CamboGara is not responsible for any repairs to vehicles or the availability, delivery, or installation of parts. All parts used and services provided by the service facility must be authorized and paid for by the customer.

Since all Authorized service providers are independent contractors and not agents or employees of CamboGara, CamboGara assumes no liability for any damage to the vehicle resulting from the rendering of service or for personal items left in the vehicle. Any claims for personal injury or damage to property must be filed against the servicing facility.

This disclaimer of liability applies to all services provided by CamboGara, including but not limited to:

• Automotive repair and maintenance: CamboGara is not responsible for any damages to your vehicle that occur during the course of repair or maintenance. This includes damages caused by the mechanic, the parts used, or any other factors.
• Automotive accessories: CamboGara is not responsible for any damages to your vehicle that occur during the installation of automotive accessories. This includes damages caused by the installer, the accessories used, or any other factors.
• Automotive insurance: CamboGara is not responsible for any damages to your vehicle that are covered by your insurance policy. This includes damages caused by an accident, theft, or other events.
